Take everything you know about wine and put it aside for a moment.

Cabernet Sauvignon. Merlot. Pinot Noir. Rose. Chardonnay. Sauvignon Blanc. Wine lovers will read those words and immediately think about the vintner that makes their favorite appellation or a cheese that pairs perfectly with the wine. The wines we know and love are amazing, and people who really, really love wines could spend all day talking about whether the soil in Bordeaux or Sonoma is the best place to grow Merlot! (True story!) But have you ever wondered if there might be more to the world of wine than the range between Albariño and a Zinfandel?

Maybe it’s time to think outside of the grape!

Grapes are used to produce most wines because they naturally have the right balance of sugar, tannins, acidity, and water to be fermented directly into wine, but this doesn’t mean that juices from other fruits can’t be used to produce a high quality wine as well. This is exactly what we specialize in at Snowkiss Winery: making outstanding wines from fruits other than grapes. Our winemaker has spent over a decade experimenting with different approaches to making non-grape fruit wines and has developed methods that produce truly unique dry table and dessert wines.

Our wines are nuanced, balanced, made from 100% real fruit without added artificial flavors or colors, and show off the full beauty of each fruit we use. We hope you’ll give our wines a try and see what we mean when we say that we are wine reimagined.
